An initial review once we receive it
- We read your problem first, judge which step to start from, and whether we need more information.
Confirm the meeting time
- We reply with available times and confirm with you; the meeting is reserved only once both sides agree.
Understand the business and its process
- At the meeting we first understand the shape of your business, not just a single pain point.
- Then we map out together the real process before, during, and after that pain point.
Assess feasibility and approach
- We judge whether it can be done; if it's feasible, we explain the possible approach, scope, and what needs to be worked on together.
- If it isn't the right time to adopt, we say so honestly, with the reasons and what could be improved first.
Define the scope and provide a quote
- After the meeting we write up what was discussed and a suggested scope, then provide a quote, giving you ample time to decide whether to work together further.

- Initial consultation and assessment are free: before any formal engagement, we confirm the problem and a workable direction together.
- For more distant locations, we can start online: if both sides agree, the first assessment can be done via an online discussion; if an on-site visit is genuinely needed, travel costs are assessed separately by location and actual distance, and explained before we set out.
