This policy explains what 執簡顧問有限公司 (Winnow AI Consulting) collects on winnow.tw, why, how long it is kept, and how you can opt out.
1. Information you give us
The quick enquiry panel in the lower corner of the site collects the question you type and the contact method you select (email or phone). We use it only to answer your enquiry and to follow up. We do not sell it or pass it to unrelated third parties.
Enquiry records are deleted automatically after 30 days. If an enquiry becomes an active engagement, the related correspondence is retained as business records require.
2. Behavioural analytics: Microsoft Clarity
This site uses Microsoft Clarity for behavioural analytics. It records anonymous browsing behaviour: time on page, scroll depth, click positions, session replays, and heatmaps. The purpose is narrow — to learn which content is hard to read and which prompts do not work, and to improve the site accordingly.
Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation. Data is transmitted to and processed by Microsoft under its own terms. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Our configuration: the entire quick enquiry input area is marked for masking, so the name, email, phone number, and message you type do not appear in session replays. We do not use Clarity to identify individual visitors.
3. Cookies and your choice
On your first visit, a consent banner appears at the bottom of the screen. Until you press “Accept,” Clarity is not loaded at all — no cookie is set, no replay starts, and no data is sent.
If you press “Decline,” analytics stays off and every part of the site continues to work. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), so you are not asked again.
To change your decision, clear this site's stored data (site data / cookies) in your browser. The banner will reappear so you can choose again.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, run cross-site advertising trackers, or build visitor profiles. There are no third-party advertising pixels on this site.
5. Fonts and external resources
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Requesting a font file sends your IP address to Google's servers; this is inherent to how the browser fetches the file.
